Although I do my very best to provide quality products you will love in your home. I want my customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and I will be happy to find a solution. I will replace, where possible or offer full refund. 

Please return damaged items within 14 days with a recommended tracking.

​Unfortunately I cannot refund shipping and handling fees and customer is responsible for re-shipping fees. 

​All sale items are final and non-refundable. 

​Please note, custom orders are partially refundable as they made specifically for you.
